Hiran is a master hypnotherapist and trainer in NLP (- Daryll met Hiran on his trainers training and they have been trouble ever since.) Hiran is the driving force behind a band on the cusp of being really quite famous, playing lead guitar. Until then we are lucky to have him helping us deliver nuggets and are nice to him in the hope of lots of free tickets in the future. He has a seemingly endless enthusiasm for personal development, both personally and facilitating it in others. His ability to create genuine rapport with anyone he meets is fantastic. I guess if you can hold a crowd of 10,000 people on stage you are well set for a training room. Coupled with his corporate experience in knowledge and information management and managing key international production teams in the oil and gas industry, today he has a unique spin on taking theoretical models and making them practically useful.
