Julie Devonald

Julie has 10 years of hands on experience managing large teams in customer service positions in blue chip organisations. She brings her own unique humorous and down to earth style connecting with people of all levels especially front line colleagues and management. Julie did her NLP training with noggin and has been helping us run nuggets for over a year now. She works freelance for us and for other companies such as Mercedes Benz and Northern Ireland Railways. There's always a funny story when Julie is around which is a big part of her charm and ability to connect with anyone really quickly. When not working Julie keeps her hand in facilitating 2 young children...and comes to work for a break!
