When we met Michael he was working for a big multi-national company as a Learning & Development Consultant. Often harder to track down than Jason Bourne having long since traded his corporate suit for a pair of shorts, he splits his time between Devon and Goa, where he practices and teaches ashtanga yoga and works remotely as a researcher and writer for Noggin. He writes some of the thought-provoking blog and article content, enabling debate between what psychological research proposes, and the intellectual underpinnings of NLP. Michael's own research interests focus on the psychology of mindfulness and its relationship to psychological well-being. He is currently undertaking postgraduate studies in mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and advanced psychological research methods.
